Put AI agents into production.Without losing control.

Engineered for outcomes. Built for trust.

Fixed scope · Reply within one business day

Start with a fixed-scope AI Agent Security Assessment: a written risk map of the agents you already run, and a pilot outline your sponsor can fund or refuse. Then we build the pilot — with monitoring on and a path back.

For CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of CX, and VPs of Innovation

Practices

Three practices.One standard.

Build AI agents and products, secure them, and keep the IT underneath them administered and supported. S·CORP runs all three to one standard: explicit scope, and work a sponsor can see. Scope and investment are agreed per engagement.

01

Software Delivery & AI Product Development

AI agents and AI products, built after the outcome is defined in numbers. Scope is explicit, and a sponsor can see the work while it moves. Scope and investment are agreed per engagement.

02

AI Agents & Cybersecurity

Every agent that calls tools or touches customer data gets an identity, permissions, a person who can stop it, and a record. It starts with the AI Agent Security Assessment.

Why projects fail

Before launch,not after.

Enterprise AI rarely fails because of the model. It fails because the outcome, the owner, or the operating model was never made explicit. These three patterns are where we start.

Change management was an afterthought.

The system was ready. The people who had to run it, trust it, or shut it off were not. A launch without an operating model is a demonstration.

No outcome defined in numbers.

If the result cannot be counted in a unit the sponsor already uses, the project cannot be steered, funded, or stopped.

Vendor selected before the problem.

The tool was chosen in week one. The problem had not yet been defined. We reverse that order.

Name the outcome. Name the control. Then build — or decide, in writing, not to.

How an engagement moves

Assess.Pilot. Support.

  1. 01 · Entry offer

    Assessment

For CISOs and CTOs who need a decision on agents already in motion. You receive an agent inventory, a written risk map, a stop / contain / pilot call, and a pilot outline. Duration: 2–4 weeks.

  2. 02

    Pilot

For a sponsor ready to put one use case or product slice into production. We build it with monitoring on and a path back; then it is continued or closed, never left without a decision. Duration: 6–8 weeks.

  3. 03

    Support

For teams whose pilot held. We operate, review, and extend only where it proved out, and you always know why the next piece of work exists. Terms agreed per engagement.

Banks, insurers, contact centers, agencies, and the sectors below, wherever an agent may reach customers, money, or another company's data.

Tailored software

Software shapedaround the people who run it.

Custom enterprise software, specified for the people who will use it and the people who will operate it. Delivery is a medium-sized, dedicated team augmented with AI. When the account calls for it, an engineer works onsite with your enterprise team.

Read about tailored software

Built around the people who use it and run it

The software is specified for the roles that operate it: the people who enter the work, the people who approve it, and the people who keep it running. The system follows that work. It does not ask the organization to adopt a generic product and then adapt around it.

AI PODs

An AI POD is a medium-sized, dedicated delivery team augmented with AI. The team stays on the account and uses AI to accelerate design, build, and review.

Forward Deployed Engineers

Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) work onsite with the client's enterprise account team. They deploy the work inside the enterprise and support go-to-market for enterprise accounts.

Pod and engineer on one account

An AI POD builds the software. An FDE carries it into the enterprise and into the motion that takes it to market with the account team.

How it is delivered

AI PODs carry the build. Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) work onsite with the enterprise account team, so the software is deployed inside the enterprise and supports go-to-market for enterprise accounts.

Start with the assessment.Leave with a decision.

Fixed scope. You receive a written risk map and a pilot outline your sponsor can fund or refuse. If delivery is the better first step, we will say so.
