Who we are

What we collect
If you submit the assessment form, we collect your first name, last name, work email, company, role, phone if you provide it, industry, region, and message. Before you send it, the form states that we will store and process this information to provide you our products and services, and that you may opt out at any time.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your work email, your first name if you provide it, and the marketing-consent line you accept.
If you allow analytics and marketing cookies, HubSpot may collect online identifiers, pages viewed, and a hubspotutk identifier.
Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We use those logs to keep the site available and to diagnose faults.
Why we use it
Assessment and contact details are used to answer you, to decide whether an engagement is a fit, and to provide the products and services you asked about. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry — recorded in HubSpot as Legitimate interest - Lead, with the Marketing Information subscription when HubSpot accepts it — and steps taken before a contract. You may opt out or object at any time by writing to hello@s-corp.app.
The newsletter is consent-based and monthly. You can withdraw that consent by replying to any issue or emailing hello@s-corp.app.
Analytics cookies are consent-based. Necessary cookies (language and this consent choice) are used because the site cannot remember your instructions without them.
HubSpot
Assessment submissions are sent to HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.) as our processor, including the hutk cookie if one exists, the page address, the page name, and the legitimate-interest text shown on the form. HubSpot’s processing may include storage in the United States.
The HubSpot tracking script on this site loads only after you allow analytics and marketing cookies. If you do not, we do not load https://js.hs-scripts.com/50845990.js.
The WhatsApp buttons open a chat with S·CORP in a new tab. From that moment, WhatsApp and Meta process the conversation under their own terms. We receive whatever you choose to send there.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept long enough to respond, to run or decline an engagement, and to meet accounting or legal duties. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Consent records are kept so we can show what you were told.
Your rights
If the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. EU and UK residents can start with their local authority. Write to hello@s-corp.app and we will respond.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to train public models.
Children
This site is for enterprise buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
