AI Vendor Evaluation Scorecard

Use this when a vendor will store prompts, host a model, or sell a connector that holds a credential. Score each row 0 (not answered), 1 (answered in a sales call), 2 (answered in the contract), or 3 (answered in the contract and checked). The total is yours. There is no passing grade printed here.
ISO 27001 at the vendor means they operate an information-security management system. It does not mean your prompts are excluded from product analytics. Read that line in the data-processing terms.
